The goal of Entrepreneur Works business consulting is to ensure that clients become more knowledgeable in the areas of their business that were determined to be weak at the needs assessment stage. Entrepreneur Works equips them with the tools and guidance they need to conduct more successful business operations. To facilitate this goal, Entrepreneur Works requires its clients to actively: (1)perform, or participate in performing, the tasks in the work plan; (2) set timeframes for accomplishing work plan tasks; and (3) define benchmark goals related to work plan tasks.
